What we are looking for:

•     You have obtained an O' Level qualification.

•     You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a hotel or resort setting.

•     You hold a valid passport.

•     You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for service excellence.

•     You are able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities:

•     You will warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a memorable and positive first impression.

•     You will manage accurate and efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures in line with hotel standards.

•     You will coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and food and beverage teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.

•     You will handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

•     You will maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
